Too Little Too Late?

The work load that they are dumping on our lifeless minds now days are ridiculous! they set the standards ever so high, and they dont give a damn on how we reach them. Seriously! Students today are resulting in outsourcing their homwork. Some have claimed that "It doesnt matter how you get the job done, just get it done." ane it’s down right true! Yes, the education standards today is increasing. Yes, it is necessary to push students so that they can let lose their untapped resources within. But is it worth it for causing such a decline in the quality of work? Or in the decreasing value that students are supposedly receiving? Does it matter to students today, what they get from actually doing their work properly? The satisfied feeling of producing something that is born from your own blood and sweat? Well ladies and gents, the terrifying answer is NO, NO and NO. Marks are all that matters, nothing else. The more you get, the brighter hope of passing. Some even study for the sake of marks! An understatement may have been made. What I really wanted to say was that the MAJORITY of students study for the sake of marks. So, if you’re a student, think it over. Sleep on it. Take it for a bath, or whatever just so long as you mull things over in your brains that suffer the risk of bursting into flames because of information overload.

to all fakers out there… get a life!!

today the fire alarm went off dozens of times during research method class. a bit annoying really. worked a temper out of our lecturer. it was in our new FIT building (FIT=Faculty of IT). GOD thet room stank! the smell was repulsive. it was kind of a mixture of… i can’t even describe it!. the air conditionin gsystem wasn’t even working for the first half of the class. anyhow, when the alarm wen’t off for the fifth time,a couple of my friends shouted ‘FIRE!’ (including me :P). well, it was better than sitting there and enjoy your head being split into two by the ear splitting alarm. one of them actually went out. maybe they thought it was a real fire. (sigh) things that happen in MMU. well, i’m off to class. yes, an 8pm class. another one of MMU’s wonders.
